I have to ask, because lately I feel like everyone (with the exceptions of family and friends) - so strangers or mild acquaintances - is crabby. I call to order flowers, the person is crabby. I call to check on a work vehicle being completed at a body shop, they are crabby. I call to check on a death certificate being completed and Kristi (who I love) is nervous/anxious because the doctor she needs to check with is mean. So, I guess what I am getting at - is everyone crabby until they are made to be happy?? I feel like I wake up in a good mood (granted sometimes early mornings aren't my favorite) - but I wake up HAPPY. And, if throughout the day, things maybe don't go my way I might be annoyed for a bit but for the most part I am still HAPPY. I don't get mad or rude to people I don't know. I don't wake up looking for someone to make me happy.
I just needed to vent. I just think it takes too much effort/energy to be that crabby all the time.
Since I completely enjoy writing (and have often attempted to keep a journal), I thought I should start a blog to share my experiences with all those who are interested. Plus, its a great way for friends and family to check up on me and see what's new and for me to do the same.

Right there with ya cuz. I'm a happy-go-lucky type, but some don't realize the impression they leave when they pick up the phone thinking about something disturbing. All you have to do is smile when you pick up the phone, the person on the other end can tell. Besides, I just learned in my Human Behavior class that when you smile, it sends a signal to the part of your brain that does emotion to do the Happy Emotion. Which is why you can tell a three year old to smile in the middle of a fit, and next thing you know, he can't stop laughing. Do I talk too much?? Right, don't answer that.
